Return and Refund Policy

If You are not satisfied with the quality of the product(s) You received get in touch within no more than 30 calendar days of receiving the item and We will do everything We can to investigate and find a solution. 

Please note that Our quality assurance team together with Our customer support team will need to validate Your claim for return and/or refund. We currently do not support returns without sufficient reasoning and without qualification by Our teams because the product(s) You order is personalized and made specifically for each order. Should You want to submit a new order, You will be liable for the costs of the new order.
